Our Commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

The VSE Career Centre condemns violence, discrimination, or oppression of any kind against age, mental and physical disabilities, race, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, family status, marital status, gender identity, religion, citizenship, place of origin or other forms of discrimination in today’s world. The VSE Career Centre supports an open and safe environment to have difficult conversations that are necessary to thoroughly assess and respond to EDI issues. Further, the VSE Career Centre aligns with the university-wide vision of adopting intentional EDI practices at the department and unit-specific level to adhere to the recently released Inclusion Action Plan (IAP).
